Got Melissa's card and Lorelei's gift in the mail today~ Thanks guys, they're both freakin awesome!

In an extreme surprise Dad let me upgrade my cellphone, so now I have a full keyboard. It has been dubbed Miko+. Tomoko, my old phone will become my brother's until he gets his own plan in a few months. Because his is on it's last leg.

Should get started on my cosplay projects soon, but I'm being lazy. I still wish I could save Eureka, I did all this math/pattern tweaking to get it right but now I'm too thin and I can't tailor it without messing it up. Grrrr.

Chicken and barley soup, cornbread muffins on the side. The recipe's pretty easy and looks like it could be readily adapted for vegetarians. But the guys won't have that, of course. So I use grilled chicken.

Speaking of delicious things, MamaNana I got your package! I've only had a chocolate chunk cookie but it tasted super special awesome!

I had to go grocery shopping because we had only odd bits that couldn't make a good meal. Like, chicken but no green veggies (except celery, yuck) and only a can of black eyed peas. I've got good meals planned for the week, laundry is being taken care of and I've started cleaning the house. With Mom out of state every week for work it's no wonder they spend as little time as possible at home. They don't wanna cook or clean. Bums. And they wonder why they're gaining weight.
